Reiki Teatment is given by sharing this energy with the gentle laying of hands on the body using traditional Reiki symbols and techniques, guided by Hayley's natural intuitive gifts. Hayley shares more than 2 decades of experience in her practice and over 15 years of Reiki experience, practice, training and teaching to treat clients and students around the globe. Craniosacral Therapy, also known as Cranial Sacral Therapy, is a gentle, non-invasive form of holistic therapy pioneered by osteopathic physician, John E. Ledger. He developed Craniosacral Therapy after conducting extensive scientific studies from 1975 – 1983, when he served as a clinical researcher and Professor of Biomechanics at Michigan State University.
 
A Craniosacral Therapy practitioner uses gentle manual therapy (light touch, no greater than 5 grams) to energetically support healthy function of the craniosacral system. The craniosacral system corresponds to the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that continuously circulates in and around the brain and spinal cord. The cerebrospinal fluid removes waste, transfers nutrients, regulates pressure, provides sensory feedback and is a protective cushion for the brain and spinal cord. By applying gentle pressure to the bones of the skull, spinal column, and pelvis, the practitioner energetically relieves compression and supports regulating the natural flow of cerebrospinal fluid, to improve the function of the central nervous system and therefore other systems of the body.
 
Craniosacral Therapy facilitates the body’s natural ability to clear “stress and blockages” that have accumulated on conscious and unconscious levels. This regulation of the central nervous system not only heals on a physical but also on a mental, emotional and spiritual level.

This unique treatment infuses traditional Foot reflexology with Reiki and Energy Balancing techniques. There are over 7200 reflex points on your feet that correspond to every part, gland and organ of your body. During treatment, gentle, comfortable pressure is applied to these reflexes to relieve tension, improves circulation and help promote the natural function of the related areas of the body. Special essential oils, Reiki, Energy Balancing and Intuitive Healing techniques are infused into the session to work on a deeper level with the reflex points removing energetic stressors and blocks.

The Passion Test is a simple and effective system that will help you to discover, clarify and prioritize what means most to you. This test is designed for success! Hayley will take you through a simple process to help you get clear on what is closest to your heart right now, not what you think should be or what others think should be but what truly means the most to you. This process will support you in bringing more of what you love into your life!​

You will learn how to create your own key markers so you can recognize that you are on track. The Passion Test will give you tools to use when you run up against challenges and obstacles. These tools will teach you how to respond in these situations so you can focus your energy on what really matters to you.

The beautiful part about this process is that after you have done The Passion Test once, you can use the process on your own in the future. The Passion Test will support you in living a life aligned with your passions…It is yours for life!
